At Ledger, we embody the values that make us unique: Pragmatism, Audacity, Commitment, Trust and Transparency. Hear from our employees how they shape the work we do here.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Experiential and Programming Lead. This key role in the Communications team will be responsible for developing and executing global events, managing on-site global headquarters programming, and collaborating with cross-functional retail and enterprise partners to drive success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, programming, and partnership development, with a passion for the cryptocurrency and fintech industries.

Your mission:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align programming initiatives with company priorities and values.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize programming based on attendee feedback and performance metrics.
  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with cross-functional retail and enterprise partners to enhance event reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create impactful experiences, content, and activations that drive mutual value.
  • Develop and manage joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives to maximize partner and company visibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Ledger and partner organizations, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred (if you don't have a degree this is not an immediate disqualifier)
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and programming initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology industries preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving impactful experiences
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events and partner meetings.
  • Equity: Employees are the foundation of our success, and we award stock options so you can share in that success as we grow
